Do not describe the spreadsheet as complete, accurate, or compliant merely because the checks passed. Describe exactly what was checked and what remains unknown.

Common failure modes

“Make it consistent” is too vague. It can erase meaningful distinctions. Name the exact target format and list exceptions. Deleting blanks is not cleanup. A blank may mean not applicable, not yet known, or missing. Preserve that distinction. Duplicate-looking rows are not necessarily duplicates. Confirm with a stable key and the source owner before merging or deleting. A formula that returns a number can still be wrong. Test the logic and references, not only whether an error marker appears. Formatting is not validation. A date display, percentage sign, or currency symbol changes how a value is shown; it does not establish that the underlying value or unit is correct.
